What is your personal style signifier?
The only thing that I consistently wear is my grandmother's rings, one is silver and one is gold but they are so classic & beautiful in their ways & mean so much to me. I will wear them for the rest of my life.
What is your most cherished piece of jewellery and why?
Most certainly, my grandmother's two silver and gold rings which I cherish. I adore my Verse bracelet. It features five 18-karat gold letters, that represent initials of my five children. Each 18-karat gold three-dimensional letter is hand strung with tiny faceted lapis lazuli stones.
What is the last thing you purchased and loved?
I purchased some New Balance sneakers and I love them so much and also love how comfortable they are!
What is currently on your wish list?
I am probably just looking forward to buying a pair of jeans for this winter, I just haven’t found any I love yet.
What is your earliest fashion memory?
I remember being in primary school and relaxing overalls were in fashion, we had a day at school where you didn’t have to wear your school uniform and I begged my mum to take me to the shops to get a pair of overalls for the day! I remember feeling cool haha!!
The beauty staple you’re never without?
A nourishing moisturiser!!
What will you always find in your fridge?
Milk, cheese and butter!
How do you stay healthy, physically and mentally? Any tips or advice?
I stay healthy by eating well, I avoid most processed food and enjoy cooking nourishing food. I surf a few times a week and also try and do a lighthouse walk, I also enjoy 20-minute YouTube workouts from home. Mentally, ideally, I would meditate every day but right now it’s about once a week, I love listening to inspiring and self-improvement podcasts. I think every person's journey to good health is individual and it’s so important to do what lights “you” up!
Have Any great discoveries recently? Cafe, restaurant, shop, online etc…
Oh my goodness… I’ve racked my brain and I actually can’t think of anything
What object would you never part with?
My grandmother's rings!
What are some of the challenges of being a working mother and how do you juggle it?
My littlest just started preschool so that is such a game-changer! But I think it would be working from home and sometimes not finding the motivation to get into the working headspace as I don’t have a desk or area designated for just work.
