Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges on Australian orders within 30 days of delivery for change of mind. To be eligible, items must be non-personalised, or made to order, unworn, and in their original boxed condition.

Please note that all international duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or the recipient's refusal to collect the item, all associated shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable. Additionally, as our jewellery is made to order specifically for you, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once production has begun or the item has shipped

Full Return Requirement: A return must include the complete original presentation. This includes all jewellery boxes, pouches and any gold-foil embossed personalised gift cards or handwritten inserts. Because these cards are a custom service, returns missing the original gift card will not be accepted or may have the card’s value deducted from the credit.

Store Credit & Final Sale: As all our pieces are meticulously made to order, approved returns are issued as store credit only. Please note that personalised or engraved jewellery pieces, as well as all international orders, are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
