Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia. We use Australia Post to ensure secure delivery with signature upon receipt. Total Delivery Time: All items are bespoke and made-to-order. Please allow 3 weeks for production plus 2–5 days for transit.

International Shipping (New Zealand, Europe & USA)

All international orders include secure, trackable shipping with signature required.

New Zealand (Courier)

  • Flat Rate: $45.00 AUD

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $1,500 AUD ship complimentary.

Europe & America (USA) (DHL Secure)

  • Flat Rate: $90.00 AUD

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $1,500 AUD ship complimentary.

Duties, Taxes and Tracking

All orders shipped outside of Australia will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end, as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Please note that all international duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or the recipient's refusal to collect the item, all associated shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable. Additionally, as our jewellery is made to order specifically for you, these items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged once production has begun or the item has shipped.

Tracking your item

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused, the return shipping cost and any applicable duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Returns and Refunds (30-Day Policy)

Returns We accept returns and exchanges on Australian orders within 30 days of delivery for change of mind. To be eligible, items must be non-personalised, unworn, and in their original boxed condition.

Full Return Requirement: A return must include the complete original presentation. This includes all jewellery boxes, pouches and any gold-foil embossed personalised gift cards or handwritten inserts. Because these cards are a custom service, returns missing the original gift card will not be accepted or may have the card’s value deducted from the credit.

Store Credit & Final Sale: As all our pieces are meticulously made to order, approved returns are issued as store credit only. Please note that personalised or engraved jewellery pieces, as well as all international orders, are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take care to ensure that our products are quality-checked before being dispatched. However, if an item does reach you in a damaged condition, please inform us via email at contact@versefinejewellery.com within 24 hours of receipt. We shall request that the product be returned unworn and in its original packaging for repair or replacement to be dispatched if deemed faulty.

First-Time Orders and Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept Google Pay and Shop Pay. For security purposes, Verse Fine Jewellery reserves the right to decline first-time orders shipped to a location other than the cardholder’s billing address, work address or secondary residence. To avoid delays in processing your order, please provide the billing and shipping information associated with your payment method.
