Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post to ensure secure delivery with signature upon receipt.

Standard Rate: $15.00 AUD flat rate (for all orders under the threshold).

Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $1,000 AUD ship complimentary.

Total Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (This includes the 5-day processing time + 2–5 days for transit)

 International Shipping (Europe & USA)

All international orders include secure, trackable shipping.

Europe (Australia Post)

  • Flat Rate: $40 AUD

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $1,500 AUD ship complimentary.

America (USA) (DHL Express)

  • Flat Rate: $95 AUD

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $1,500 AUD ship complimentary.

  • Important Note: The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.

Duties, Taxes and Tracking

All orders shipped outside of Australia will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end, as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Tracking your item

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused, the return shipping cost and any applicable duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Returns and Refunds (30-Day Policy)

Returns for Change of Mind

We accept returns and exchanges for non-defective items. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with a tracking number. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take care to ensure that our products are quality-checked before being dispatched. However, if an item does reach you in a damaged condition, please inform us via email at contact@versefinejewellery.com within 24 hours of receipt. We shall request that the product be returned unworn and in its original packaging for repair or replacement to be dispatched if deemed faulty.

First-Time Orders and Payments 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept Google Pay and Shop Pay.

For security purposes, Verse Fine Jewellery reserves the right to decline first-time orders shipped to a location other than the cardholder’s billing address, work address or secondary residence. To avoid delays in processing your order, please provide the billing and shipping information associated with your payment method.
