What is your personal style signifier?

An oversized shirt or jumper, boyfriend jeans or track pants a few sizes too big—always balanced with something more tailored. I love mixing masculine and feminine silhouettes and playing with proportion. Comfort is everything, and if I can feel comfortable while looking put together, that's enough for me.

What is your most cherished piece of jewellery and why?

Until recently, it was a gold pendant engraved with the fingerprints of both my daughters. I sadly lost it while we were staying in a rental before moving into our new home, and I was heartbroken. I'm looking forward to creating new memories with my Verse Two Letter Necklace.

What is the last thing you purchased and loved?

A weak soy latte. Every sip was perfect. Beyond that, my recent purchases have been wonderfully practical—cupboard organisers, a dustpan and brush, and new coat hangers. Small things, but surprisingly satisfying.

What's currently on your wish list?

Nothing, really. I feel incredibly grateful for what I have. More than anything, I simply want time with my husband and our children in the home we've worked so hard to create together.

What is your earliest fashion memory?

When I was about seven, I walked in a wedding fair fashion parade in my hometown of Milton Keynes. I still remember the shiny flower girl dresses and how magical it felt to wear them. At that age, any excuse to dress like a princess was unforgettable.

The beauty staple you're never without?

Sunscreen. Since moving to Australia I've become much more conscious of protecting my skin. I never leave home without SPF Face Mist from Outside Beauty & Skincare.

What will we always find in your fridge?

Peanut butter. There is always a spare jar waiting before the current one runs out. My favourite evening snack is apple slices with peanut butter—although sometimes I skip the apple altogether.

How do you stay healthy—physically and mentally?

Right now, staying physically active looks different to how it once did. Between raising young children, renovating our home and recovering from open-heart surgery, I've learnt to be kinder to myself.

Mentally, it's been one of the biggest years of my life. Becoming a mother again, major surgery, moving interstate and renovating all at once has taught me that peace isn't about everything being calm. Sometimes it's simply accepting the season you're in and trusting that it won't last forever.

Moving to Sydney's Northern Beaches has introduced us to some wonderful local favourites.

What object would you never part with?

My phone. It keeps me connected to my family in the UK and my husband's family on the Gold Coast. It's how we stay close, no matter the distance.

What are some of the challenges of being a working mother, and how do you juggle it all?

The hardest part is constantly moving between different roles—mother, partner, work and everything in between. I've stopped chasing balance and instead focus on being present wherever I am. Even a few quiet moments to myself can make all the difference.
